Live Export: When Stunning Fails, Suffering Follows

This is what happens when animals are exported to places where pre-slaughter stunning isn’t required or enforced. The animals you see here are fully conscious — terrified, struggling, and suffering through a death that would be illegal under Australian law.

The footage, filmed during Eid 2025, was captured by Animals Australia and shared with us to help reveal the truth. Their continued investigations shine a light on what’s hidden from public view — and remind us why this trade must end.

If we can’t guarantee effective stunning every time, we shouldn’t export animals at all.
